The full Ordinance can be found here: Town of Calumet Zoning Ordinance 20241126 TOWN OF CALUMET FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE Ordinance Amendment #20241126 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 26, 2024, the Town of Calumet, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, adopted various amendments to the Town of Calumet Zoning Ordinance. The amendments consist of the following: Incorporation of the following separate ordinances into the existing Zoning Ordinance: Solar Ordinance changes Tourist Rooming House Ordinance Update Zoning Ordinance section 3.12 with recently approved signage changes Addition of definitions of Intermodal Container and Temporary Portable Storage Container grammatical, numbering and other formatting changes. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the amended ordinances contain penalties and forfeitures for violation of the various provisions.
